• COBRA RATES for all bargaining units: Reflects COBRA premiums for the normal COBRA and the premium subsidy rates for all bargaining units except for SHOPO, Bargaining Unit 12.

• BU12 only :   Reflects COBRA premiums for the normal COBRA and the premium subsidy rates for Bargaining Unit 12 only.
